
Military training of citizens in the programs of reserve officers and sergeants (hereinafter referred to as military training) is carried out in military accounting specialties based on higher professional education, with the aim of forming the military reserve of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as additional recruitment of primary positions of officers and sergeants of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan). Military training includes the organization and management of the learning process, military-patriotic education, provision of educational facilities, and professional training.
The following concepts are used in these rules:
1) academic period – the period of theoretical study established by the organization of higher and (or) postgraduate education;
2) the military training program is a set of planning documents for each military accounting specialty, on the basis of which citizens are trained for military service according to the programs of reserve officers and sergeants.;
3) the educational material base of the military department is a complex of material and technical facilities, buildings and structures that ensure the training of the military reserve;
4) the "war day" method is to allocate the required number of hours to the military department for the organization and implementation of military training in accordance with the daily routine of the military department;
5) military-patriotic work – organization of events for the formation of students' sense of patriotism, devotion to the Republic of Kazakhstan, willingness to sacrifice themselves in the interests of the state, as well as conducting military-patriotic events in educational organizations, public associations and government agencies;
6) an exam is a specific type of training that implements the final stage of studying a particular discipline or part of it and aims to test students' theoretical (practical) knowledge and identify skills in applying the knowledge gained in solving practical problems, as well as the ability to independently work with educational and scientific literature on this discipline.
7) professional practice is a type of educational activity aimed at consolidating theoretical knowledge, skills, acquisition and development of practical skills and competencies in the process of performing certain types of work related to the military accounting specialty in which training is conducted.;
8) distance learning - learning carried out with the interaction of a teacher and a student at a distance, including using information and communication technologies and telecommunication means.;
9) the educational process is the main activity of military departments and includes planning, organizing and conducting all types of training sessions, routine monitoring, a test session and a final exam.;
10) training camp – a type of gathering, which is the final stage of military training, conducted in order to practice practical exercises and conduct final certification;
11) a test and examination session is a procedure conducted to assess the quality of students' mastery of the content of part or all of the disciplines studied during the academic period.;
12) students' academic achievements – the knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies of students acquired by them in the learning process and reflecting the achieved level of personal development;
13) ongoing academic performance monitoring is a systematic examination of students' knowledge in accordance with the curriculum, conducted by the teaching staff during the academic period, training camp (professional practice).
